Simply do what you were doing before the holiday.

It’s in the rearview.

Let it go and move on.

HOPEFULLY you were able to enjoy the time and realize that food is just food. You don’t deserve to be punished for partaking in a holiday with your family. Food is not good or bad and eating it doesn’t make you good or bad. Food is not moral.

Memories are more important.
