I started working with Jessika in November 2016 after being encouraged to join by a friend of mine. My friend repeatedly told me about FYTE Club, an amazing bootcamp program that she had been involved with for the past year and a half. After years of trying different programs, she said that this was truly working for her and it clearly showed. She said the classes were varied and challenging, but more importantly, that Jessika was amazing at giving her individualized nutritional guidance and support. At the time I assumed this individual support was given just because Jessika was her personal friend. I “knew” there was no way a trainer could possibly give that kind of attention to everyone and I didn’t feel like I needed to pay for another bootcamp class because I was already going to one offered through my gym. After months, I reluctantly gave in and decided to give it a try. I am happy to say….. I was SO wrong!

While the FYTE Club classes are amazing, it’s Jessika’s constant support (physically, nutritionally and emotionally) that have made the biggest difference for me. Jessika doesn’t just give individual support to some….she gives it to all. Jessika’s daily motivational texts, nutritional check in, dietary adjustments, fitness challenges, personal goal setting, humor and emotional support help get everyone through those tough times and plateaus we all experience. Jessika really does do it all for all!

Over the last seven months Jessika has taught me how to find balance with food. The biggest change I have made is to looking at food as fuel for my body as opposed to eating to eat. I now eat six meals a day consisting of a protein and nutritional carbohydrate. I have learned to plan ahead and prep my food over the weekend so I don’t easily give in to temptations. I know that if I fail to plan, I plan to fail. Jessika has also helped me find balance in my workout. Prior to joining I ran…a lot. Now I have a balanced workout routine that involves HIIT workouts, strength training, yoga as well as cardio. All of this has transformed my body and my life in ways I never imagined possible.
