I had recently lost 37 lbs. but I was only running. I did not feel strong. I thought since I was running 4 miles 3 times a week that I was in great shape. I started working out with Jess and realized that it wasn’t about going from a size 14 to a size 6; it was about achieving better health. After my first session with Jessika my weight remained the same but more I lost 3 inches in my chest, 3 inches in my waist, 1 inch in my hips, and 3% body fat. I feel stronger than ever.
