Commitment and follow through, Kylie kept quitting on herself.

OBSTACLES

bad knees, poor self image, resentful and lacked follow through. (I am just putting all her personal business out here).

RESULTS

Lost 10% body fat

Jessica’s Note: Kylie has become very diligent with her exercise and most definitely uses it in a therapeutic way. She has increased her cardio endurance and strength dramatically. She takes time to try new recipes and enjoys eating healthy. Her energy is definitely contagious. She works out about 6x weekly and usually brings other people from FYTE club with her.
